Each joint is machined on precision routers. Dowels are inserted and glued thyen screws pull the box together. Reinforcing cleats and stretchers add additional strength. Boxes are dovetailed for strength.
Catalyzed conversion varnish topcoat finish protects against moisture and most household cleaners.
